How long does it take before
I get confirmation of my e-booking?
You should receive full
confirmation of your booking within 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have received no
acknowledgment, please call us to check whether or not we
have received your
booking.
How do
I meet my driver at the airport?
For all Airport Transfers we
offer a ‘meet and greet service’. Our driver will be waiting
at arrivals with a signboard with your name and/or company
name. Please make your way to the driver who will then
assist and escort you to the vehicle.
What
happens if my flight arrives late, is there an extra charge
for waiting time?
Our standard procedure involves monitoring all UK flight
times so regardless of a late or early arrival, your taxi
will be there. All flights are tracked accordingly before a
driver is dispatched so you should have no worries if there
are unexpected delays to your flight.
How long will the driver wait for me?
For all airport
transfers, the driver will wait 30minutes from the time of
your booking. Any waiting time above 30 minutes will be
charged at £20-00 per hour.
How do I pay for my journey?
All journeys must be
paid for in advance via credit/debit card. Online payment
instructions will be sent within the 'booking confirmation'
email.
Can I
get a refund for a journey?
Yes,
we do offer
refunds, upto 48 hours before the time of booking. However a £20-00 administration charge will apply
still apply.
How do I get a receipt for my
journey?
A receipt can be issued by the
driver or we can email your a receipt upon request.

Yes, we
